Failing at Trying to Get Back to working out? Remember This!

Just because you run into some hardship along the way of trying to find that inner motivation for fitness, don’t give up. Take the time to step back re-evaluate what actually wrong, and learn from these mistakes. Even-though you can’t see when you reduce your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease, you can make a positive impact in your health through regular exercise. Understand that you are moving and active.
  • Take your time. Start off by pacing yourself and doing small workouts, re evaluating eating and build up to the more-intense workouts later, when your body and mental is ready.
  • Set goals that are realistic. Don’t try to promise yourself major goals like you’re going to lose 50 lbs. in 2 months and then get down on yourself when you fall short. Stick with small manageable goals you can achieve, such as losing 2 lbs. a weekly
  • Remember why you started exercising. Use your personal health and fitness goals as motivation through this, and take yourself as you meet your goals. You cant accomplish anything not trying .
